Yes — with the optional street-legal kit the Breeze 4L is registered as a Low Speed Vehicle, which Texas allows on roads posted 35 mph or less. The kit adds headlights, turn signals, mirrors, seat belts, a horn, and a license-plate mount. We handle the install and the paperwork.
Every new Breezy EV comes with a 2-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on the cart and an 8-year warranty on the Lithium battery pack. PCGC backs the warranty locally — call us, we pick the cart up, we fix it, we bring it back.
