Lake Livingston golf cart communities

The subdivisions where a cart is the second vehicle. We service every one of these — here's how to pick which one your cart actually belongs in.

Not every lake subdivision is cart-friendly. The ones below are, because they're platted as master planned communities with POA-maintained private roads — which means Texas Transportation Code §551.403 lets residents use carts on internal streets without a city ordinance. (For the legal detail, see our street-legal-in-Texas guide.)

Each community has its own POA rules on top of the state exception — lift kit limits, speed caps, helmet rules, under-age driver rules. Call your POA before buying a lifted cart or putting a teenager behind the wheel. We'll help you check if you're not sure.
