Get a quoteThe Breeze 4 is programmable up to 25 mph, which is the maximum allowed for a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) on Texas streets. We program every cart at delivery to match how you plan to drive it — slower for kid-driving, faster for property use.
Breezy EV rates the Breeze 4 at 45–55 miles per charge on the standard 48V 125Ah Lithium pack. Real-world range depends on terrain, payload, and speed — Lake Livingston customers typically get a full weekend of cruising without needing to plug in.
Yes — with the optional street-legal kit the Breeze 4 is registered as a Low Speed Vehicle, which Texas allows on roads posted 35 mph or less. The kit adds headlights, turn signals, mirrors, seat belts, a horn, and a license-plate mount. We handle the install and the paperwork.
Every new Breezy EV comes with a 2-year bumper-to-bumper warranty on the cart and an 8-year warranty on the Lithium battery pack. PCGC backs the warranty locally — call us, we pick the cart up, we fix it, we bring it back.
The Breeze 4 is the non-lifted street model with 5.0 inches of ground clearance, which is plenty for paved roads and golf paths but not the right cart for ranch or trail use. If you need a lift, look at the Breeze 4L, Breeze 6L, or Terrain 6.
