The Lithium packs we install — Bolt Energy and White Lightening's new line — are LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate), the safest and most stable Lithium chemistry. Same family as solar storage banks and grid backups, not the energy-dense Lithium-ion you'd find in a laptop.
We install both lines. White Lightening's newest pack is particularly strong for the Breeze 6L and Terrain 6 — pairs with their motor-upgrade kit.

The cells we install — including the Bolt Energy and White Lightening lines — are LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate). LiFePO4 is the safest Lithium chemistry on the market, with a much higher thermal-runaway threshold than the Lithium-ion in laptops or EVs. They're more thermally stable than a lead-acid pack actually.
Yes. We pull the lead-acid pack, install the Lithium pack and a compatible charger, and reprogram the controller for the Lithium voltage curve. Typical conversion: $3,500-$5,500 depending on the pack size. Most customers see the range boost on the first drive.
Yes. A flat-to-full charge on Lithium takes 4-6 hours vs. 8-10 hours for lead-acid. Lithium also accepts partial charges without damage — you can top up for 30 minutes between trips without shortening the battery life, which lead-acid hates.
